I have a Snap Amp that I believe was damaged by a bad motor. Is there a recomended procedure for testing the output mosfets, or is it best to send the board back for diagnostics.

Hi Todd,
SnapAmp is fairly complex to diagnose and repair. All you can realistically do is check the MosFets for shorts (with power off). If anything measures 1 ohm or less the MosFet would be bad. Replacing one component at a time doesn't usually work, as if other bad components are still in place it is possible for the new component to be damaged.
If you send us the board we can test the board for you.
